Added a clean config file in the project file so any user can just drag and drop it in the correct folder and have at least one config that works

+I also added the "Clean_4K_2023.json" file. I would advise to put it in the bin/debug folder into a folder called "preset" that you will need to create if it does not exist. It is a pretty clean config file.
